We meet once a month, on the 2nd Tuesday, 2-4pm.

Our Committee meeting is the 1st Tuesday of the month. Secretary - Janet Brazier. Please contact us if you'd like to visit, you'd be very welcome.

A typical meeting opens with the President's greetings and updates, then notices from the Secretary, Treasurer and Shoreside. A speaker then has the floor, followed at 3.30pm by socialising over tea and biscuits. Other afternoons can see members enjoying afternoon tea, our own entertainment or a visit out for a meal.

We have various activities we all take part in, on the Island and the mainland. We have stalls at local fairs and fetes, selling cakes plants and bric-a-brac. Sometimes we have a craft exhibition too.

We play carpet bowls on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, 2-4pm.

We have a lunch club each month on a Saturday - details provided nearer the time.

We are part of the wider Shoreside group of WIs, and participate in events with Shanklin Hyde WI and Bembridge Belles WI.

Disabled Access: this consists of a ramp for the entrance and a chair lift for the stairs inside the hall where we have our meetings. Kitchen and toilet facilities on the same level.

Members can enjoy a warm welcome and friendship, varied speakers, outings with cream teas, visits to places of interest as well as learning new things.
